This training course for the CPCS A62 crane supervisor role in the construction industry is carried out over 4 days with CPCS technical theoretical & practical test on the 4th day. The course is a mix of theory and practical training. It is advised that all delegates are prepared to do out of hours studying as trainers may give delegates exercises to complete
before the next day’s training to ensure any weaknesses are identified so the learning outcomes are achieved. Following successful completion of the course candidates will be able understand safe systems of work for lifting operations including compliance with legislation, regulations, codes of practice and operational requirements as set out by the appointed person.
The course is a mix of theory and practical training. Delegates are evaluated by means of an assessment throughout the duration of the course which leads to a CPCS A62 theoretical & practical technical test, the delegate must pass the theoretical test to enable them to carry out the practical test.
