Early accurate advice

Our modular accommodation service is available from the earliest preliminary stages of your project,
allowing you to provide accurate information and costs to incorporate in quotations, bids and
tenders. Our in-house team of engineers can produce detailed AutoCAD drawings of your building,
as well as supplying foundation designs and loadings.

Flexibility

Our modular units are entirely flexible. We have the capability to serve projects ranging from single
storey units to a full multi-storey office complex consisting of over 100 units. This flexibility allows our
design team to cater to completely bespoke requirements.

Bespoke solutions in complex locations

Select has extensive experience in delivering bespoke site accommodation facilities in logistically
complex locations.

Detailed installation programme

Our team will work with you to devise a detailed installation programme to fit your schedule. The end product sees us delivering an
accommodation facility that is fully functional and fit for purpose from the very first day of your project.

Our service is comprehensive, covering both internal and external fit out – including electrics,
plumbing and carpets – along with a full logistical package – including transport, sequencing,
foundations, crane supply, and lifting management.

To complement our modular accommodation solutions, Select has a wide range of standalone style site accommodation units, including our eco-friendly GreenBay units, Anti-vandal units, and Security gatehouses. All products are ideally suited for your initial site mobilisation or for your shorter hire periods. We stock a wide range of turnkey units for your other site requirements from stores to concrete testing units and fever screening units.

Our nationwide, Site Services team, is a highly experienced team of expert technicians, able to quickly analyse project requirements and proceed to develop efficient and practical solutions for any site’s temporary service requirements. Our team is fully focused on understanding each individual customer’s needs, developing and delivering an efficient and cost-effective solution.

We are a specialist provider of temporary site services, both Electrical and Mechanical, to the construction industry in the UK. Working on some of the largest and most prestigious projects; Manchester Airport Terminal 2, Elizabeth Line, Olympia, Plot D Television Centre, HS2, East West Rail, and Everton.

All our installations are in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations and BS7671, with bi-annual electrical audits in-line with our Safe System of Work / Electrical Safety Rules and Procedures (ESRP’s), along with accredited annual audits by the NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors).

The Site Services team also provides EV charging including twin 7.4kW outlets to DC Fast Charging. Standalone: comprised of a single unit, standalone charging stations usually delivering between 50 kW and 250 kW of power. Split: charging stations usually deliver between 175 kW and 350 kW.
